Your information on mindful behavior is helpful if you get through the artical but, you completly alienated so many different personalities right out the gate by insinuating HSP’s, Empath’s, and introvert’s(AKA people-pleasing apologist), considerate behavior’s were gutless and unauthentic.
It’s wonderful that you want to help poeple feel better. I would recommend you learn a little about different personality traits, and the value they each hold. As well as to practice a little mindful empathy(that is a thing).
This would have kept you from lashing out with your sharp, get real tonue.
Instead your article through to the side extravert work styles and the great value in pooling that flow with like minded individuals.
You Insulted those who hold their tongue painfully to consider that there is more than one way of doing things, as well as unseen challenges to consider(AKA the introvert’s).
